Brad Axdahl

As the Director of Sales for Katalyst Systems, Inc., Brad focuses on the personal and professional growth of individuals. Utilizing a unique approach designed to achieve goals and strategic clarity, Brad stresses the importance of recognizing success and turning up the stress to maximize results. In addition, Brad offers clients unique abilities and passion regarding networking, the strategic planning process and business acumen development.

Brad has Bachelor of Arts degrees in business and psychology from Coe College (Cedar Rapids, IA). Brad developed a passion for strategic coaching on the basketball court as a three time Academic All-Conference basketball player at Coe.  As a team captain his senior year, Brad realized the effectiveness of a cohesive team and the benefits of pursing a common shared goal as the team won the school's first Iowa Conference Championship.

Brad is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course, the Master Builders of Iowa M.B. "Eye" on the Future and the Hartford School of Insurance, earning a Certified Commercial Lines Specialist (CLCS) designation. 

Brad resides in Cedar Rapids, IA with his wife Bri and son, Kannon.
